I recently completed a two bedroom bachelor pad for one of my clients on Sydney’s lower north shore. The newly refreshed residence has a neutral palette, unfussy fabrics and a mix of metals and woods. The apartment features a Norman Lindsay artwork, several brightly coloured prints to bring warmth into the home and a collection of small mirrors. Restraint is the key. This sophisticated home is classically designed so that the decor will still look good in years to come. It’s both comfortable and practical to live in.
